ABOUT ME
I've played plenty of shows, weddings, private events, and have a Bachelor's of Music in Jazz Studies from Vancouver Island University.
These experiences have assisted me in my relentless quests for musical knowledge and have helped me to feed my own inner urge to never stop growing as a person and musician.
My philosophy of approach is to strive to find the best methods suited to your learning styles to teach and guide you on your musical journey, as well as to acknowledge you as the unique human being you are.
This philosophy is based in having many experiences where I was misled to thinking of myself as being less than or like a fraud. Instead of being beaten down, I used this experience to teach myself valuable lessons in not just how to teach, but how important it is to validate you on your own journey.

I exist to provide personalized music education, to solve the misconception of “you have it or you don’t”, so that more people can share their musical voices and enjoyment with the world.
